Hi, I'm Omar, I started taking a liking to fitness when I first stepped into a Thai boxing gym for self defence reasons. Since then, it developed into something which became a vital part of my life and helped me improve my persona both physically and mentally. I now have 15 years' of martial arts experience under my belt.
I’m a strong believer in visualising your end goal and breaking it down in reverse order through smaller targets that are easier to achieve. My holistic approach is testament to how I've helped others achieve their goals. As an ambassador of fitness, I support and guide those who are willing to invest the time.
The process is simple, my programmes are tailor-made to suit all levels as I want my clients to enjoy the journey and be looking forwards to training just like I do. As a result, also being able to share their experiences with loved ones and celebrate their accomplishments.
