Hey! I’m Nikki.

I’m a very fun, motivating Personal Trainer. All of my training sessions involve an element of fun, something which you can turn into a habit!

For me, working out isn't just about aesthetics and muscle gain, it's about how you feel on a daily basis...it is mind, body and soul.

My own fitness journey began when I started competing in show jumping (horse riding) at a high level where my coach explained to me how important strength was. As a result I worked hard to get stronger, and I realised how beneficial strength training is for performance.

I then went on to compete in fitness shows where I have been lucky enough to have been coached by two International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness pros, as a result I am well versed in cardiovascular fitness, toning and muscle development.

My fitness journey has led me to become specialised in weight loss by using a combination of both exercise and nutrition expertise. I now use this knowledge to work with both male and female weight loss clients between the ages of 25-40.
