Nick Hall

Hi, I’m Nick! My reason for starting my fitness journey is a familiar one to a lot of people. I was very skinny in school so I joined a gym on my 16th birthday to try and bulk up. I ended up putting on a lot of size (lots of it being body fat), which meant I started to tone up. This is where I really started to enjoy fitness and spent a lot of time learning safe, efficient ways to lose body fat whilst retaining muscle that I can now share with clients. Because I used to be embarrassed about my body, I really do understand how scary and overwhelming the gym environment can be but I am able to guide you on your personal, tailored fitness journey that ends with you having body confidence and feeling like you belong in the gym, ready to progress even further on your own!

I have chosen my speciality areas based on things I have had personal experience with, meaning I have tried the programmes that I prescribe to clients and I know they work.
