Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and now I’ve turned my hobby into a career!
I can’t wait to help change people’s lives both physically and mentally, as I’ve had first-hand experience of low confidence and self-esteem so I know how hard it can be.
I never had that helping hand at the beginning of my journey, so let me be yours – whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle or toning up, I will be happy to help you.
I am in the gym Sunday-Thursday and do a range of classes based around both cardio and strength training, so have a look out for my name, give them a try and I’ll look forward to seeing you around!
