I have a huge passion for fitness and love the fact that I can inspire others to do the same. I see a healthy lifestyle as a way of life, and believe that determination, motivation, and a don't-quit attitude are paramount in achieving exercise goals.

My main areas of expertise are in healthy nutrition and improving body shape through fat loss, toning and gaining lean muscles. I enjoy introducing female clients to strength training and helping dispel many of the myths surrounding training with weights.

My sessions will be tailored to suit client's specific goals and needs. They may be tough but always varied, effective and fun. I'm committed to exceeding my client's expectations of what's possible. With my knowledge, guidance and motivation, I'll empower and support them through their personal journey to become healthier, stronger and fitter.

With the right mental attitude nothing can stop you from achieving your goals. I'm not telling you it's going to be easy - I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
