Hey, I’m Mimi, I’m a trained dancer turned Personal Trainer. A healthy happy lifestyle is of huge importance to me and finding the right balance for yourself where confidence is key. I feel if you are confident you can achieve anything, and I am here to give you just that.
I used to be afraid of the weights area in the gym, sticking to mainly treadmills and bikes but once I found the confidence to try I soon saw the benefits and fell in love. I want others to experience this and find a love in training too. The right balance to me is enjoying your life. Don’t restrict what you eat or do just find that happy in-between. Have that dessert after your meal out with friends, then smash your next workout.
