Michelle Dixon
Hi, I’m Michelle.
10 years ago I was overweight and working full-time as a children’s entertainer, I had never been in a gym and I didn’t even do PE at school.
Following a bad accident and an injury that meant I couldn’t walk for six months, I gained weight because of my inactivity. Following months and months of rehabilitation and physiotherapy I was able to walk again.
After being told it would help my knee if I was to lose some weight I joined a gym for the first time ever, I was terrified. I had no idea of what to do, which machines to use that would make my leg better and which ones could make it worse.
I worked with a Personal Trainer and I never looked back. I lost weight, I strengthened my leg, improved my fitness and developed a passion and an interest for fitness, so much so that I quit my job and went to college for three years to train as a Fitness Instructor, got a job in a gym and became a Personal Trainer.
I love learning and I will always continue to book new courses to develop more and to help my clients change their life like my trainer did for me.
I’m always around the gym so if you think I can help you give me a shout.
