I have been involved in fitness and weight training for roughly three years now and I am fascinated by the benefits it can offer for not only physical health but for mental health also!
I am very passionate about health and fitness and reaching goals I set myself but most of all I love seeing people succeed in accomplishing their own goals and reaching milestones they never thought they could!
