Having been overweight, unfit, low in confidence and having completely reversed this through my passion for fitness and martial arts, I have the knowledge and experience of how to use exercise to not only transform your body but also to break free from bad habits and make these changes stick.
I will work with you to set goals and work around barriers, to fine-tune your performance giving you optimal results, build an understanding of your nutritional needs and to bring out that drive and focus that will help you achieve your fitness and life targets.
