Hi, my name Michael,
I have always been into sports and fitness and played football from a child into my 30's which led me to the gym in 2010 to improve my strength which I achieved and I've been in the gym ever since setting new goals every year.
I become a Personal Trainer in 2016 and I see myself as my 1st client because I've tried and tested all type of training and nutrition on myself and last year coach myself to a few bodybuilding shows in men's physique category winning a few trophies in the process and qualifying for two British finals, I practice what I preach!
I am highly driven full of motivation with a never quit attitude but fun and creative training style to keep sessions fresh, efficient and effective while still goal-driven and end results. Muscle building, fat loss and fitness are what I specialise in.
