I’m a firm believer in hard work paying off. Four words I live my life by: “Do more say less”.
Having gone, and still going through, my own fitness journey I can testify to that statement. For me, fitness is a lifestyle and that’s the message I like to deliver to my clients. By designing specific training and nutritional guidelines, I will put together programmes that will ensure you can make it a lifestyle.
Having played football at a high level both in the UK and USA, I have gained invaluable experience when it comes to delivering quality training sessions, having gone through them myself. Through my studies in the United States, I also gained a degree in sports science (Kinesiology), which has helped me understand the anatomy and physiology of the human body, exercise prescription methods, nutrition and biomechanics.
I am also a certified Cardiac Rehabilitation specialist with the BACPR,(British association for cardiac prevention and rehabilitation) enabling me to take on clients who may have had myocardial infarctions, PCI procedures, and atrial fibrillation. Providing specific training programmes which are in line with the BACPR guidelines I aim at getting individuals affected by a cardiac event back to a good fitness level, hence improving their quality of life.
