My love of fitness started as a teenager when I lacked confidence in myself, my body and the way I looked. I found going to the gym and achieving results there both exciting and addictive, and recently decided to turn my passion into my career.
I am keen to learn new things and am constantly expanding my knowledge about fitness and nutrition in order to help my clients meet their goals.
I love training on different pieces of kit such as the TRX and would love to get more women into the weights’ area. Everyone is different and I will tailor programmes to suit you and help you find the exercise and style of training that you love to do!
