I am a qualified Personal Trainer but began my career as an athletics and kickboxing coach. At your request I can combine elements of these sports into your training regime, maximising weight loss, increasing fitness and improving confidence.
I believe that training should be challenging but fun, and yield the most impressive results in the best time possible. I always strive to vary your sessions in order to motivate and empower you. Training is completely personalised and goal orientated, allowing you to focus on what you want, be it weight loss, muscle gain or competing in a sporting event!
I am a qualified sports massage therapist and can give massages to relieve muscle tension and augment recovery after training, or just for relaxation.
If I’m not training myself or a client, you’ll probably find me competing in a triathlon, fighting in a sparring match or just relaxing after a busy day at the gym.
