Are you looking to make a lifestyle change? Unsure on where to start?

I started training when I realised that I needed to make a lifestyle change myself and become healthier and drop body fat. Once I was in a better place mentally and physically myself, this then motivated me to want to help others.

I understand more than most that the gym can be a very intimidating place. I want to awaken people to the benefits of training and how to overcome personal barriers physically and mentally.

Once you step outside your comfort zone and overcome your own personal barriers, you'll realise you cannot be defeated.
