I've been involved in fitness for four years and played basketball as a child. I'm very passionate about exercise and I use my passion as a Personal Trainer to help you to achieve the results that you want by pushing you to your limit and giving you the motivation and encouragement you need to reach and maintain your goals.
We'll focus on your training and lifestyle in and out of the gym, looking at the positives and negatives whilst tracking your progress so we can make the necessary changes.
