I started my fitness career in 2015 where I taught several fitness classes as well as mixed martial arts in the local.
Whether you’re a gym veteran or its your 1st day in the gym, working together we will be able to identify your main goals and biggest obstacle. If you have been coming the gym but still not seeing the results you want, this could be due to the same old exercises you have been doing or not having the correct programming. By having me as a personal trainer I will be able to assist you on your journey to reach your goals.
