Good day folks,
With a three year Sport and Exercise Science degree behind me, I have all the tools to get you to where you want to be, whether that be fat loss, muscle gain, or just purely learning and enjoying your time in the gym.
I have also attained my Mental Health Awareness Level 2; here I explored the mental stresses we are all exposed to, and on a personal level I have used the gym as my release to put a bad day behind me, so I walk out of the gym feeling a lot better short term, whilst gaining confidence in myself long term. I’d love to do the same with my clients.
Having studied in depth nutrition, strength and conditioning and weight management, I bring together a holistic approach to personal training. I understand the social pressures life brings; my ethos is to educate my clients wherever possible, so they have the ability to manipulate how they want to look as they see fit.
I have a decade of training experience, it is something I have been passionate about since I can remember, and I cannot wait to utilise this and help others to achieve their goals, however big or small they may be.
