Smart training and sensible nutrition strategies allow us to be energised, healthier, stronger, pain free and less ill, giving us more room for the important things in life. I specialise in training clients who may be new to strength work and are looking for new ways to challenge themselves. Having a coach myself I know first hand how beneficial it can be to have someone in your corner. Together we can put in all the elements needed for you to achieve both the mindset and body that you have in your mind’s eye.
I provide bespoke programming that provides personal strategies for improved health, better wellbeing and manageable, sustainable approaches to nutrition. We will use up-to-date evidence based methods bringing lasting results that avoid the pitfalls of the fad of the moment. My ultimate aim is to pay forward the joy I get from pursuing my own health goals and see clients become more confident in managing their own.
