I've been a PT now for the last four years. I'm a fitness enthusiast and I'm always looking for new ideas in how to push the body to the max. Before weights found me my sporting background involved football and rugby which I played at a high standard.
I'm a big believer in balance in life. You don't have to live like a monk to achieve the results you desire. Effort and commitment along with balance gets results. I like my sessions to be fun yet challenging with varied workouts to keep you on your toes.
