I’m a former rugby player and 400m sprinter, and twice ran at club nationals a year younger than my age group. Unfortunately I had to stop both due to recurring injuries.
With such a sport and fitness driven background and a drive to do something that helps others, Personal Training was the natural progression.
I feel my background as a high performance athlete, recovery from serious injuries and knowledge of strength and conditioning mean I'm highly capable and have the knowledge to help achieve your goals.
