Matt Bailey
I developed a love of all things sports related at a very early age. I have competed and taken part in many sporting activities over the years, gymnastics, track and field events being scouted by a GB coach for the 100m, football, winning various trophies and awards, rugby and swimming. I also undertook a sporting leadership course which kick started my interest in wanting to help people to strive and succeed in addition to merely enjoying sport myself.
During my mid teenage years, I stepped into a gym for the first time, and I have never looked back. My time spent at the gym gave me a passion for gym-based exercise and the healthy lifestyle it helped to promote.
I always knew that I wanted to encompass my love of sport into my career and my time spent at the gym observing other Personal Trainers helped me realise that this was my goal.
The opportunity of being able to help someone meet their targets and watch the change to their lives is humbling and very rewarding.
I am very personable and always available for a chat whether you are a beginner or experienced in gym activity, please do not hesitate to approach me in the gym or grab one of my cards and contact me. I do my utmost to support my clients both inside and outside the gym environment, physically, emotionally and mentally by providing personalised plans to help you realise your potential, achieve your desired goal and teach lifelong skills. I am also more than happy to support group work. I look forward to hearing from you.
