I have always been an active member of a gym and sports teams. When I first joined the gym I set myself goals and upon reaching them I felt a great sense of achievement. From this, I developed a passion for health and wellbeing and a drive to be the best version of myself.
Since then I qualified as a Personal Trainer and have learnt so much about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. Now my new goal is to help other people to achieve their goals, become the best version of themselves and to have that same feeling of accomplishment and enjoyment...just as I did.
The world of fitness can be very confusing and daunting. There are so many fad diets and exercise plans on the market claiming to get your "dream body" quickly and easily. But so many of them just take your money with hardly ever producing what they promised.
Training with me will just be honest hard work with a programme tailored to your specific needs in order to achieve your goals.
