I have been with PureGym for four years both as a Personal Trainer and an Assistant Manager in Dundee, before making the decision to come back to Edinburgh as a Personal Trainer.
If you are looking at making a change; whether it’s to your lifestyle, training, or nutrition - I will be able to offer you the professional support and direction in order to do so.
My main experience and portfolio as a trainer is working with clients with goals such as weight loss, strength and conditioning, sports specific training and bodybuilding.
Your training, programmes and nutritional guidance will all be tailored to your own specific goals and needs. You will find Personal Training with me challenging but most importantly you will find it enjoyable and rewarding.
