I have been passionate about fitness and health since I was young. I graduated from Coventry University in Exercise, Nutrition and Health in 2016. I became a Personal Trainer to help people lose weight, tone up and build muscle, through good training routines and balanced nutrition.

I believe that Personal Training goes beyond just the gym sessions. Therefore my way of training people has a holistic approach, where I supply not only gym training sessions, but also nutrition plan, health improvement tips and motivation to reach your goals.
