I believe that every person is different and what works for one person may not work for another. I also believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and determination.
I focus on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the wellbeing of my clients by empowering them with knowledge, self-belief, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire through the journey of a healthier life.
I always loved sports. Growing up I was part of the gymnastics and netball team at school. However once I left school I put on weight. Eventually I decided to do something about it and joined a gym. I walked in not knowing what to do, but I soon found out I was quite strong and enjoyed lifting heavy weights. I learnt a lot from fellow gym members but it was never enough and often a bit confusing.
Then I moved to the UK and after a few years living here I decided to hire a coach. I had two coaches actually from which I learnt training systems, the science behind it, the process but most of all keeping it consistent. I have been training for 15 years and I have no intention of stopping anytime soon.
This is my passion...and this is the reason why I decided to become a PT so I can share my knowledge, motivate others but mostly to help individuals achieve their goals and maintain them.
