Fitness has always been a part of my life. As a child I was a gymnast, in my teens I competed as an amateur boxer and in my twenties I have been into cardio and more recently body building. I have built up a wealth of exercise knowledge, which I will use to give you the support and guidance required to reach your fitness goals.
I can design and implement sessions for muscle gain, fat loss, increased cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance and speed as well as overall health improvements.
As your Personal Trainer I will provide structured and goal specific training, personalised nutrition plans and online support out of our sessions.
