Luke Madden
My fitness journey began at 17 when I was incredibly self-conscious about my body image and physical ability, but too lazy to do anything about it. Incredibly intimidated by gym environments, I got my head down and started out, soon finding myself hooked when seeing the positive changes in my body both physically and mentally.
Since then I have invested so much time into my training, researching and studying ways to improve upon myself and have turned it into a lifestyle. Training has helped me with so much more than just improving my physical appearance but also helping me build self-esteem, social skills and I have met so many great people along my journey so far.
Now that I am a Personal Trainer I look to pass on as much knowledge to others as I can to help them improve their training, dieting and lifestyle, so that it can make the same positive changes in their lives.
