Eight years ago, I was dangerously underweight, struggling with poor mental health and living rough. Exercise provided me with a much needed daily routine and helped me get back on track.

I’m proof that exercise can benefit you mentally as well as physically and try to emphasize this with my clients who not only want to develop their fitness level but also want to use exercise to help cope with anxiety, depression and eating disorders.

I specialise in natural movements and high intensity to provide you with challenging and unique workouts whether you want to burn fat, gain mass or improve your strength.
