Hi there, I’m Luke and I’ve been a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Brierley Hill since the start of 2015.

During my time here at PureGym, I have conducted over 1,500 hours of Personal Training sessions, all of which have been tailored towards helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, whether that be bodyfat reduction, muscle size and strength gains, athletic performance, or even just helping boost self-confidence.

By training with me, you will receive an easy to follow, personalised nutrition plan which bans no foods, and is fully flexible to fit in with your lifestyle. You will also gain access to an exclusive messaging group of like-minded people, where you will have regular contact with myself, receive weekly workout challenges, and can motivate each other towards reaching your own targets.
