Hello! I’m Luke and I’m one of the Personal Trainers here at PureGym Shirley. If you're here, I can only assume that you're interested in getting the most out of your training and out of your body. That's exactly what I ventured into the world of Personal Training for; to help people get the very best out of themselves.

With just under 20 years' of experience as a committed ice hockey player and coach, combined with five years of training myself, it made perfect sense to start up business helping anyone and everyone achieve their fitness goals (or as many people as I can, at least). I know that the path to any fitness goal is not easy. It’s full of ups and downs and the support and guidance I provide throughout your fitness journey can make all that easier.

All training is tailored to your specific needs and means, whether that be fat/weight loss, muscle gain or sport-specific training. Full support is available throughout your programme by whatever means necessary to help keep you accountable, motivated and loving fitness throughout. Nutritional advice is also given to supplement your programme and get the best results possible.

Everyone deserves to feel great about themselves and training is a great way of doing it. Having guidance and support to hit those goals of yours and enjoying your journey to them, that's even better.
