Hi, I’m Lucy.
In 2012 after a year of travelling and eating my way around America, I decided to join a gym to kick my ass into gear! I wasn’t the fittest, I wasn’t the slimmest, and I certainly wasn’t the most confident. I even described the free weights area as the “men’s room”.
Fast forward six years and there’s now not a day that goes by when I’m not lifting weights or doing a class in the gym. I went from being overweight and insecure to strong and confident, and I can help you feel the same. Going to the gym is now a big part of my life, and not a “chore” like it used to be.
