I have participated in a wide variety of sports and dancing from a young age and as an adult enjoyed keeping fit and healthy and being in a gym environment. After bringing up a family and working in an office for many years I decided to get qualified and follow my dream of becoming a Personal Trainer.
I'm very passionate about health, nutrition and exercise. With my support and guidance, I'll give you the confidence and motivation you need to achieve your goals.
