I like teaching people how they can get stronger, how they can feel confident with weight on their backs/in their hands, and how they’re best able to develop a solid foundation of strength to lift heavy.
I can work with you to teach you the correct form and technique so you can lift safely, efficiently, and with confidence. I can then teach you how to use these new skills to see how strong you and your body can get.
I love strength training and powerlifting because of how rewarding it is to physically be able to see the results of the hard work you’re putting in, by watching what you can lift increase.
Knowing that you are strong is a great feeling, so is learning and developing a new skill, and finding out that you can do things you never thought were possible.
