Lisa Revitt
Lisa has been working as a Personal Trainer for nearly two years, in this time she has gained valuable experience and knowledge that has been applied to her clients, so they can successfully reach their goals. Also, Lisa has qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist as of 2016, which has given her a much better insight into posture and how to deal with injuries.
She has been a successful track and field athlete since the age of eight, gaining herself multiple Yorkshire Championship titles, as well as ranking in the top 20 in the U.K. for 100m hurdles. Gaining her first coaching qualification at age 16, this created a desire to dedicate her time to helping others achieve their goals. Lisa went on to study Sports Coaching at Leeds Metropolitan University. Whilst at University she gained experience from Olympic coaches and athletes as well as racing against the likes of Jessica Ennis-Hill. This has helped her develop more of an understanding for her clients, she has gained much more in-depth knowledge of Strength and Conditioning and gained skills from experienced coaches.
As a rule, Lisa doesn't specialise in one singular area, instead she offers support to a wide variety of people and abilities. She offers a friendly, supportive approach to her coaching style and will adapt this to your learning style. Supporting you inside and outside the gym you are sure to succeed when training with Lisa, for a non-intimidating approach to Personal Training, don't hesitate to get in touch...why wait until tomorrow?
