Coming from a snowboarding and surfing background, a good core and a balanced mix of cardio/muscle training is the key to overall fitness.

I have a qualification in anti & post-natal exercise, being active during pregnancy is a great benefit to both mother and baby, and can also help reduce weight gain during and after.

My love for boxing means I have a passion for teaching box-fit and believing it can make for a good mix of strength training and stamina.
