Specialising in females who want to lose body fat, tone up and build confidence both in and out of the gym, I will help you fall in love with fitness! I know the gym can sometimes be an intimidating environment, especially when you have no idea where to start - I’ve been there too! But making that first step is always the hardest.
My job is to take you in, show you everything I know and then, with a sprinkle of confidence (and a killer body) spit you back out and watch you shine. My clients aren't just ‘customers’, they are more like friends...I want to see you grow and succeed!
To achieve your goal, you’ll need three things - hard work, consistency and support. If you can bring the first two to the table, I’ll bring the third. With my knowledge and experience I am confident that we can work together to reach your goals - no matter how big or small they may be!
