Liam Gordon

Fitness and wellbeing have always been a large part of my life from competitive swimming as a youngster to then representing Scotland at Tae-Kwon-Do, then kickboxing in my later years. I took a few years out of martial arts all together but always tried to keep myself fit. That led to me seeking the advice from a PT here at PureGym.

Having been a person that struggled with the gym settings as I was always a smaller person and never very strong, the PT sessions helped me a lot. It helped me realise nobody cares and more importantly it doesn’t matter. All that should matter to me, is what I was doing.
