I have been working in and around the fitness industry for several years, in particular my five years’ service as a Royal Marine. During this time I have worked with a wide range of people, and have developed skills in all aspects of fitness. My enjoyment in pushing myself physically and mentally has now driven me to a career within the fitness world where I hope I can pass on my knowledge and experience.
I am passionate and enthusiastic about achieving results. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall fitness, we can sit down and design a programme to suit you. I pride myself on being punctual, hardworking and confident in my ability, and together with your willingness to participate, we can smash your goals.
