I specialise in the health benefits of exercise, working to improve posture, heart health and mobility in order to give my clients a longer, healthier life. Achieving mental and physical fitness should be enjoyable and varied, so I encourage my clients to try new things when it comes to exercise and perhaps find a new passion!
My aim is to help people discover just how much they are capable of. I am a firm believer that everybody should do exercise in some form, for both physical and mental health benefits. Utilising exercise, I overcame my own mental health issues in the past, giving me a better understanding of the position people may be in at different stages of the recovery process.
I want to guide you to achieve your exercise goals so that you can live more healthily, confidently and, most importantly, love yourself and your body.
