Leah Walsh

My fitness journey started five years ago when my son Riley was born. I had never really been someone who used gyms before having Riley and the thought of starting scared me. Like every new mum I had body confidence issues and certain areas I wanted to work on.

The more that I went to the gym, the more I realised that it was something I really enjoyed and gave me my own 'me time' After seeing my body change and my confidence improve at the same time as being a mum to Riley, I decided that I would love to help others in the same position that I was once in.
