Leah Hollingsworth
I specialise in weight training and nutrition for females, for fat loss and body recomposition.
I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, alongside studying as a MAC nutritionist. My aim is to help women achieve long term results without excessive cardio or typical dieting. I have experience coaching women of all ages, for sport-specific goals, general fat loss and increasing confidence with weight training.
This is supported with nutrition coaching to achieve even better results that are maintainable and enjoyable.
