I have been a personal trainer for 4 years, and have been coaching for 12 years. I have worked with all ranges of abilities, from people starting their fitness journey, all the way up to international athletes. I have been able to develop my skills along the way with the help from many top coaches in their chosen field, whether it be team sports, individual performance, weight loss, or aesthetics.
My aim will be to give you the skills you require to perform, whatever life throws at you, and be able to make informed, educated decisions to get you closer to your goals as quickly as possible. To help you get the best from yourself when I’m not there, during the time we work together I will cover how to structure your workout, form and technique, nutrition, and recovery.
What does a typical session with me look like?
Simply put, I don’t deliver a typical session, our sessions will be based upon your needs, your ability and your goals.
