My goal as a Personal Trainer is to motivate and inspire you; I found my passion for fitness through over 10 years of dancing and six years of training in the gym. I’ve been on my own fitness journey and I became a Personal Trainer to help others with theirs.

My training approach is mostly resistance-based, and I aim to create fun and effective personalised workouts based on your goals.

If you see me around the gym, feel free to come and have a chat. My communication hours are 5.30-9.30pm Mondays and Tuesdays, and 8-12am Saturdays.
