It’s not about having time, it’s about making time. My aim as a Personal Trainer is for you to view health and fitness as a lifestyle choice, not just a goal to reach. I do this by teaching you not only how to fuel your mind with the right methods of training, but also how to fuel your body with the best nutrition.
If you enjoy what you are doing then it never feels like work, and makes it easier to become habitual. That’s why I will strive to make our fitness journey as fun, energetic, and engaging as possible. After all, if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
My passion for health and fitness comes from a life of competitive sports. Playing for Chelsea Ladies FC from a young age taught me the importance of preparing your body for performance, and that it comes from everything you do off the pitch as well as on it. While a portion of this relates to diet and nutrition, the rest comes from simple and small changes to your daily routine that can have a positive impact on your lifestyle.
I have been lucky enough to receive some of the best training in the world not just during my time as an athlete, but in the many other experiences I have had over the years, and I now use this knowledge as a Personal Trainer to help people just like you create a healthier life for themselves.
