Kyle Tallett
Hi guys,
I'm Kyle and here's a little bit about me. Alongside food and being a full-time chef I have had a passion for exercising for many years. Throughout my time spent in training, I have learned a lot about the body and mind and how they are affected by exercise and nutrition. I believe the mind and body work closely together and focusing on both will help you get the best results you can.
I mainly work with, but not exclusively, females between the ages of 25-45. What you can expect if you join my weight loss programme is to feel more confident in and out of the gym, to learn small habit changes to lead you to a healthier lifestyle and, most importantly, be the best version of you. Whether you are looking to drop a couple of dress sizes or just to learn how to get the most out of your training and nutrition (being a chef comes in handy for helping my clients with recipes for tasty but healthy meals) I'll be there to guide, motivate and hopefully make you laugh along the way!
