5 years ago I started weight training and I have now realised this to be my passion. Not only has it made me feel more confident in myself, but exwercising is when I feel happiest. I'm a believer in living a healthy but balanced lifestyle, encouraging you to love your training as well as focusing on nutrition and pushing you beyond your limits!
