Hi guys,
My name's Kirk and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I was previously a police officer for 12 years where I had to maintain a high level of functional strength and fitness, I have now transferred this knowledge and passion and put it into practice with my Personal Training.
Applying what I have learned and bringing it into my own training, I have lost nearly 20KG in weight from my heaviest point, incorporating fitness and exercises from rugby and boxing, as well as other areas.
My specialist areas include body fat reduction, muscle growth and can apply both of these resulting in a change in body composition, incorporating various exercise techniques to do this as quickly and effectively as possible, this alongside nutritional advice can lead to some fantastic results.
I am also qualified in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) which allows me to promote a positive approach and mindset to our training.
