Hello, I’m Khadija, a qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer and I have over 6+ years’ experience.  

I have a strong understanding of what it takes to build and maintain different muscle groups to increase the success to achieve your goals. 

I come from a sports athletics, and dance aerobics background.

Am also skilled in marital arts such as Kung Fu, kickboxing and mauy thai which makes your personalised workout more versatile.

I have a strong passion for fitness health and wellbeing that has developed and grown over the years

Which has now led me to want to encourage others to build a better mind set towards fitness.

We all have our reasons that lead us on a journey to a fitness lifestyle whether that being wanting to get in to shape, weight loss, and weight gain, trying to build muscle or health-related reasons
