Reading this must mean you need some help with your fitness journey, helping is what I’m known for. Being in the industry for several years now I’ve clocked up quite a lot of experience over that time. Experience in weight loss, toning and even training for events.
My first steps in the fitness world were through martial arts, which I still do now to this day along with weight and fitness training. I also run fitness classes for a local karate club. Come along and try one of my free classes here at PureGym to see if I’m the right fit for you.
