Unlike most fitness fanatics, sports and exercise was not something that came naturally to me.
For most of my childhood I struggled with my weight.
I achieved my personal goals and learnt a lot about how determination can propel you along the way to success.
My own fitness journey has taught me different techniques to help others motivate themselves and overcome setbacks. The ability to impact the lives of others by helping them reach their goals and improve self confidence is what I love most about my job role.
